Booking Terms & Conditions

Upon confirmation of your booking, you will be sent an invoice for payment. Payment is required to secure all bookings. Bookings will be held for 24 hours then released if payment has not been received. Payment may be made by bank transfer or credit/debit card via secure checkout link. In the event that you are running late to your session, the time lost cannot be added to the end of your session. Requests to reschedule can be accommodated with a minimum of 48 hours notice, penalty free. Request to reschedule within 48 hours will be subject to a 20% rebooking fee. New booking must be made within three (3) months. Requests to reschedule are to be made via email or telephone call (no SMS). No refunds for change of mind nor for cancellations within 48 hours. Cancellations 48 hours or more before booking commencement will be refunded less a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds for sessions that have commenced or been completed. Gift cards cannot be refunded, however they can be transferred to another individual or used to upgrade to an alternative service of equal or higher value (with the difference payable). Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced. Gift cards are valid for three (3) years and are delivered as an e-Gift Card. Please enquire if a downloadable gift card is preferred.
