Service Description
This 30 minute video consult is ideal for individuals seeking a pre or post-style session chat to discuss goals, existing wardrobe pieces or new additions. Also available for expert, real-time feedback on a specific outfit or look you’re planning to wear. Whether it’s for a presentation, event, shoot or important meeting, I’ll review fit, proportions, colour, styling and accessory details and overall impact - refining your look so it feels polished, intentional and true to you. Walk away with clear, practical advice, styling tweaks you can apply immediately, and the confidence of knowing your outfit is working for you before you step out the door.
Booking Terms & Conditions
Additional hours are available - $49 per 30 minutes over and above purchased service, pre-paid or payable at session. Upon confirmation of your booking, you will be sent an invoice for payment. Payment is required to secure all bookings. Bookings will be held for 24 hours then released if payment has not been received. Payment may be made by bank transfer or credit/debit card via secure checkout link. A non-refundable processing fee of 1.9% applies for all card transactions. Cash payment is available (deposit required to secure the booking). In the event that you are running late to your session, the time lost cannot be added to the end of your session. Requests to reschedule can be accommodated with a minimum of 48 hours notice, penalty free. Request to reschedule within 48 hours will be subject to a 20% rebooking fee. New booking must be made within three (3) months. Requests to reschedule are to be made via email or telephone call (no SMS). No refunds for change of mind nor for cancellations within 48 hours. Cancellations 48 hours or more before booking commencement will be refunded less a 50% cancellation fee, exclusive of processing fees. No refunds for sessions that have commenced or been completed. Gift cards cannot be refunded, however they can be transferred to another individual or used to upgrade to an alternative service of equal or higher value (with the difference payable). Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced. Gift cards are valid for three (3) years and are delivered as an e-Gift Card.
